This seminar is the second of a series of three linked workshops which will bring together researchers from a range of disciplinary fields in SALC to examine how different disciplines within our school articulate creative practice as research.
We intend these workshops to be a space for researchers to explore similarities and differences between disciplines and pedagogies; to consider how ‘applied’ creativity might be brought into research through commissioning and collaboration; and a chance to discuss the benefits of creative collaborations for both research teams and the cultural organisations they work with.
Our broader aim is to build a critical peer network of creative practitioners across our school.
The sessions are open to academic staff and PGR students. Lunch provided.
This event is sponsored by CIDRAL.
