24-27th of April – International symposium “Thinkers for Architecture – Dialogue 1: Foucault / Merleau–Ponty / Latour” in collaboration with the “Thinkers for Architects” series at Routledge, convened by Albena Yaneva (Manchester), Jonathan Hale (Nottingham) and Gordana Fontana-Giusti (Kent). The workshop is reserved for scholars who have submitted

applications and it is already fully booked. However, there will be 3 lectures open to everyone at MARG:

24th of April – 17:00h - Lecture 1 – Professor Albena Yaneva Technology as a lens to revisit the work of the three thinkers and explore connections with contemporary Technoscience and its impact on architecture

25th of April - 17:00h - Lecture 2 – Professor Gordana Fontana-Giusti the late work of Michel Foucault, biopolitics and power as a lens to revisit the work of the three thinkers in connection to architecture

26th of April – 14:00h - Lecture 3 – Professor Jonathan Hale post-phenomenology, language and signs as a lens to revisit the work of the three thinkers in connection to architectural inscriptions
